Desired Candidate Profile

Age : 28 – 35 yrs

Education & Skills

  • Graduate Degree, Certificate Course in Materials Management from any reputed Institute; MBA (Materials Management) is preferred.
  • Good oral and written proficiency in English.


  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in any manufacturing (preferably Pharmaceutical/ FMCG) industry. Work experience with any reputed MNC is preferred.
  • Working experience on ERP System.
  • Experience of handling multi SKUs.
  • Experience of handling team.
Job Description
  • Receiving and materials (RM/PM/FG/Miscellaneous).
  • Issuing material from stores to user departments on first in first out (FIFO) basis.
  • Just in time updating of incoming and outgoing materials in the system as per specifications.
  • Ensuring proper storage and stacking of materials in its designated locations.
  • Proper identification of material and its planning the layout of stores to store identified material in designated area. 
  • Preparing invoice for outgoing finished goods and rejected materials.
  • Checking and verifying the completeness of documentation in respect of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Handling off-loading of inwards goods into the stores/warehouse.
  • Maintaining all time updated inventory in specified form and mode as per standard operating procedure.
  • Releasing material requirement to Purchase keeping the inventory in view.
  • Ensuring proper upkeep and safety of materials in stores/warehouse.
  • Receiving and maintaining invoices and updating them in the system.
  • Age analysis reporting and its circulation.
  • Preparing daily stock report.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of forklifts and other equipments.
  • Ensuring transfer of damaged, obsolete stock from stores to quarantine location for quality checking before deciding on its usage or disposal and keeping system updated accordingly.
  • Periodic physical stock taking.
  • Any other job which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
