Job Description
  • Senior Management position responsible for deal management and execution  with strict adherence to governance and professional standards
  • Responsibility for interaction with regulators and key stakeholders.
  • Mentoring, directing and overseeing work delivered by team of analysts/execution executives 
  • Responsibility for deal execution working closely with team under the guidance of CEO - this includes.
  • M&A/JV : Helping analysts to identify targets/buyers, approaching targets/buyers, helping analyst to prepare the client pitch and delivering it, overseeing preparation of IMs, financial models and  valuations, deal negotiations, Working with lawyers for documentation and agreements.
  • Fund Raising : Identifying Banks/Investors, approving banks/investors, preparing and making the pitch  of the client, overseeing preparations of financial models, valuation and presentation materials, deal  negotiations, Working with lawyers for documentation and agreements.
  • Overseeing due diligence process.
  • Deal management within agreed timelines including responsibility to obtain regulatory approvals.
  • Deal Structuring and mandate negotiation including milestones and fee structures
  • Road show planning and management.
  • Ensuring regular regulatory interface and managing relationships with key external stakeholders :auditors, tax consultants, lawyers, transaction advisors.
  • Coordinating deliverables internal and external team to ensure transaction progress as per agreed timelines.
  • Guiding and overseeing work delivered by reporting team of analyst and sr. analystSupervising and developing the analysts and Sr. analysts
  • Regular integration with internal team/affiliate group businesses  to ensure optimization of group synergies.
