Job Description
Area of Responsibility

  • Total operational and financial responsibility for an individual restaurant.
  • Provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate member of the team, coach and train the team for operational excellence.
  • Directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees, respond to customer service needs or otherwise role model appropriate behaviours in the restaurant.
  • Manage the restaurant within the policy & guidelines of the company to ensure customers satisfaction and profit maximization.  
Success Indicator
  • BSC Scores: Top line and, MPC. 
  • BSC Score: People, Training BSC Score, Great on boarding score.
  • TMTS score, CRM score, other related audit score.
  • CMS Score, CER Scores, other related audit scores, cash profit (Budgeted vs. Actual performance)
Job Description

  • Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food & supplies & developing restaurant team.
  • Ensure statutory compliances by maintaining register and license.
  • Control P&L by following cash/control security procedures, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Recruit, interview & hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take discipline action, motivate & train.
  • Ensure maintenance of equipments, facility, & ground through the use of a Preventive Maintenance plan  based on company standards
  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure complete & timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.
  • Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours of the team.
