Project Manager with 5 years’ experience in building concrete high rises and towers,  day to day management of the project, estimating, contract negotiations, managing change orders and claims, monitoring and managing project schedule, cost control and QA/QC requirements, project invoicing, and securing payment, coordination, implementing and oversee all stages of real estate project development.

Our esteemed client is a medium sized business group having its presence in the market for over 50 years providing general contracting, construction management, project development and project management for a variety of commercial building types ranging from corporate office facilities & healthcare projects to industrial developments and mechanical & electrical projects.

Job Description
  • Developing and implementing overall design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation strategies of projects; 
  • Carrying out overall management of project detailed design, construction and/or design & build processes; 
  • Ensuring quality control of all procured products (services, works, goods); 
  • Managing the technical supervision of project implementation/realization; 
  • Managing staff (both field and office staff) of the team; 
  • Ensuring the timeliness of the project implementation; 
  • Dealing with contractors and subcontractors; 
  • Ensuring high quality and timely interdepartmental information flow at the Company about the project progress made; 
  • Ensuring site technical supervision quality management; 
  • Managing the technical part of all stage affiliate contracts (falling under technical and engineering categories); 
  • Generate reports, conduct meetings and review/ track schedules.
  • Prior experience in managing high rise building projects is mandatory.
