Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications: 

Degree in Marketing/Business discipline : MBA preferred

Knowledge and Experience: 

  • 12-15 yrs experience  in sales & marketing management
  • Should have worked in Electricals industry in India for min 8 yrs, of which minimum 3 years in Samsung
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
  • Should have experience of managing sales/business large territories  and leading sufficiently large teams with exposure to product management
  • Relevant Nigerian experience will be an added advantage

  • Strategy formulation (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement)
  • PSI (Product – Sales – Inventory) Management, PLM (Product Life Cycle) Management
  • Channel Strategy & Channel Margin Management
  • Company Gross Margin  Control 
  • Coordination with supplier on day to day basis
  • Sales Management – Top line & Bottom Line
  • Market information gathering & Data Analysis
  • Sell-out Management & Sales & Product Training 
  • Key client relationship management
  • Credit assessment and risk mitigation
  • Timely and accurate MIS deliverance
  • Custodian for inventory quality and quantity
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
