Job Description
  • Customer Relationship Building
  • Monthly Order Planning, Sales and Collection forecasting ( with validation) with all Customers)
  • Closing orders and achieving sales and Gross profit targets through price management and effective negotiation
  • Support finance to ensure timely collection and customer accounts reconciliation
  • Ensuring the customer gets hassle free service at all times
  • Monitor, maintain and provide competitor activities in the market to the Head of Corporate Sales
  • Understanding changes in the macro and consumer trends and reporting back the salient points to Head of Corporate Sales
  • Seeking new product opportunities from existing and new customers and passing this to the Business Development (BD) function
