  • Experience :-  12 to 15 years of experience in to management of  automobile dealer Sales & Marketing activities
  • Should have worked in a senior level atleast 4-6 years.

Job Description
  • Overall operations of Sales & Marketing of Passenger cars.
  • Sales Strategy, Process & CRM activities
  • Planning and implementing Business & Marketing strategies to derive desired revenue and profitability
  • Profitability achievement, Implementing periodic review of sales and formulate product policies on product mixes, sales promotions, pricing, branding, distribution, inventory, manage tendering, Institutional Sales, Direct Sales and corporate sales etc
  • Formulate Sales & marketing budgets, projections, and implementation of plans for passenger cars
  • Participate in development of new project proposals                        
  • Establish and implement short and long range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures                                   
  • Oversee the Planning and development of company marketing and communication materials                                
  • Promoting positive relationship with partners, vendors and distributors                              
  • Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations                        
  • Ensure Right Manpower is available for budgeted Sales                              
  • Train the subordinates in a regular manner to achieve the desired targets                            
  • Ensure Incentive schemes as approved by Management are being followed up down the level                              
  • Making regular visits to High Volume . High Value customers                                
  • Any other job / project as assigned by Management from time to time
