Formulate project strategies, policies and programs that guide the organization in conceptualizing the new project.
Manage all project related work to ensure delivery of the same to agreed specification, budgets and timeframes.
Design, develop, contract, negotiate and implement the Greenfield strategy that delivers cost efficient and quality outcome in line with the business objectives and ensure that activities are prioritized to minimize risk toward this.
Identify, develop and implement future opportunities and/or processes that further enhance project deliverables.
Identify gaps between different suppliers and technology.
Develop cost models and budgets to allow project planning and then deliver within agreed budgets.
Calculate, design and select utility equipments.
Promptly increase project outcome as deemed.
Oversee the utility and production process to develop and implement a robust capital installation program and ensure that the project deliver what is specified in an efficient manner and within budget.
Ensure that each project stage is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards in full compliance.
Ensure 100% compliance to safety norms.
Perform any and all tasks either explicitly stated or implied to the best of one’s-own ability to ensure technology based projects are delivered successfully and time and cost targets are met.
Regular review of project and reporting to top management.
Coordinate and manage various related Vendors, Agencies, Authorities, Architects, Structural Engineers, Contractors, other Service Providers, etc.
Verification of the jobs done by the contractors and recommend for payments.
Providing overall guidance, leadership and strategic direction to the team/subordinates.
Budgeting and goals/targets setting.
Building competent, effective, efficient and result oriented team & organization.
All relevant record keeping and reporting.
Implementation and maintenance of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies with specific focus on growth, cost reduction and process improvements.
Any other job which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
