Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Marketing/Business discipline.
  • MBA  preferred.                                           

Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Min. 10 years and above full P&L responsibility for a cluster of consumer electronics and appliance products.
  • West African experience is a must.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. 
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, risk and change management. 
  • Skill in examining and re-engineering overall operations and procedures. 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, and to develop financial plans and manage resources.
  • Exceptional professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several teams in different areas. 
  • Identifying and building relationships with partners.

Job Description
  • Full P&L responsibility.
  • Develop a long term future strategic plan to advance the company's objectives and to promote sustainable revenue, profitability, and growth.
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategies for expanding the distribution network geographically. 
  • Oversee company operations to insure working efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. 
  • Establish a strong credit risk management plan.
  • Develop internal process efficiencies in procurement, logistics and sales.
  • Assume operational and strategic IT and HR responsibility.
  • Review activity reports and financial statements of each SBU and branch offices to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions. 
  • Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
  • Ensure internal and external compliance. 
  • Active reporting of teams’ performance to supervisors. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
