They are currently looking for dynamic Kenyan professional for multiple positions as Area Sales Officer - Distribution. The available positions are in Nairobi , Kisii , Eldoret  and Central.

 

The incumbent  will manage and drive sales through distributor, retailer network in order to maintain market leadership in a given territory. The ideal candidate will be Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or Science or Engineering with minimum 3 years experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or Science or Engineering.
  • Diploma/ MBA   will be an advantage.

Job Description

 

  • To manage and drive sales through distributor, retailer network in order to maintain market leadership in a given territory.
  • Deliver sales target for all products mix by executing the appropriate distribution strategy along with the channel partner.
  • Collection of receivables in the assigned territory as per defined terms and ensure timely issuance of credit notes, monthly and quarterly schemes to the channel partner.
  • Monitoring of distributors sales force and retailers and resolution of channel specific issues within timelines.
  • Market Development Activity in the assigned territory.
  • Initiate and coordinate market feedback on product attributes, installation practices and comparison with competition products.
  • Track and report on the Competitor activity in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve retail expansion targets through increase in number of outlets in existing new geographies.
