  • Office Administration & General Administration
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Basic Book keeping, recording coordination with outsource party 
  • Stock management, vendor discussion/ negotiation
  • Petty Cash
  • Procurement of Stationery & consumables
  • Administration Typing & Filing
  • Administration phone calls and contacts
  • Visits & Travel bookings and coordination
  • Purchase of Dollars /Rates
  • Office Holidays & Staff leave control
  • Staff absenteeism and punctuality control
  • Insurance–medical/cars/building etc.
  • Licenses
  • Pension scheme coordination (not an in-­-house scheme)
  • NSSF/NHIF/ PAYE Records and returns
  • Banking and reconciliations of statements
  • General maintenance of the office/House keeping
  • Office equipment
  • Vehicle service and  fuel records
  • Drivers – supervision etc.
  • Support CRM teams in admin matters.
